Underfloor heating control not binding

I hve U/f heating in one zone whose pump is controlled via a BDR91relay box and a Y97RF single zone thermostat. Unfortunately yesterday I managed to dump all my zone programming (finger trouble!). Whereas I have managed to rebind and reinstate 11 of my 12 zones I do not seem to be able to rebind the relay and thermostat in my12th zone, the underfloor heating In 'zone configuration' it is showing 'No devices bound' but I am unsure as to a) what 'Heating Type' I should be selecting and b) in what order to bind the thermostat and the relay. My efforts so far are not working. Any guidance would be most welcome!
