I wasn't aware of the new firmware, but it does seem to have been recently updated by Resideo. What firmware are you running on the device now?

Ah nightmare! If you need a replacement we do a BDR91 equivalent here (https://thesmartthermostatshop.co.uk/product/wireless-relay-box-bdr91-replacement-replaces-all-pre-2021-honeywell-bdr91/). BDR91's don't normally fail without good reason, so make sure all electrical checks are done prior to inst...
