'3 activators bound 2 way' in room with 2 radiators

'3 activators bound 2 way' in room with 2 radiators

My lounge has 2 radiators both with a HR92.
I've had a few problems such as the batteries going bad and killing an HR92 there and trying a HR91 instead.
I think I may have a ghost actuator because when I re-bind the 2nd activator after replacing the batteries, the controller displays "3 activators bound 2 way".
What does this mean and is it a problem?
Should I delete and remake the zone?
I'd rather not because I guess that would restart that zone data and graph on Domoticz?

Other rooms with H92s work fine, so I don't believe any of those are bound to the lounge zone.
