BRD91T won't switch OFF

Hi there.

Hoping that someone can help. We have a BRD91T which we got a couple of months ago to replace our older BRD91.

BRD91 had been used to control a traditional gas boiler but after we got an ASHP installed last summer we upgraded to the T so we had better control.

As far as we can see the BRD91T is paired properly with the evohome. Good Comms and excellent strength. It switches on fine and runs when needed.

However it doesn't switch off! We can override and push the button and it switches it off but it doesn't appear to want to do it automatically even if the zones are up to temp and there is no demand needed for heat.

At the moment we just have to go in and check if the green light is on every so often and if it is we switch it off (as long as the house is up to temp).

At our wits end - any advice would be highly appreciated!

Have you tried switching the BDR91 off at the mains for 20 minutes and back on again? Normally does the trick.
